STV: The Ice Gallery in Princes Street Gardens features dazzling sculptures made from ice, which visitors can admire while having a hot drink.
Asked how much work went into the work, Icebox MD Philip Hughes, said: "Hours and hours. Over 250 hours of our sculptors time and over ten tones of ice was used to create everything you can see around you."
He continued: "There's lots of great pieces, lots to have a look at enjoy. My favourite probably is the Highland cow, beautiful piece, very traditional, very Scottish, I love the horns the way they taper up and we've used some special white ice to give it a bit more dimension as well."
