Exciting news as Canada Square Canary Wharf is confirmed to host the 2nd annual London Ice Sculpting Festival.
Teams from Italy, France, United Kingdom, Holland and Thailand will compete in a 2 day carve-off creating dramatic pieces within the theme of ‘Cool Trading’.
The Ice Box team are once again delighted to be sponsoring and supporting the event, by organising the technical requirements of staging, lighting, and installation of the 2 tonne ice blocks. They are also using their expertise in team building by offering ice carving master classes to the public, where you can test your artistic skills at one of the FREE supervised ‘have a go’ sessions.
A panel of judges will declare the winner of the 2010 London Ice Sculpting Festival at 3.00pm on Saturday 16th January 2010. Come and see which of the teams will win, and see if you agree with the judges’ choice!
